A Letter From Our Founder

As a Cuban immigrant who has experienced the profound impact of generational trauma, I was moved to utilize my Bachelors degree in Psychology, Masters degree in Social Work, Certification in Health and Wellness Coaching, and experience working with children and families to establish the Mind Body Sol Collective with the vision of empowering individuals toward self-actualization-- creating a ripple effect that extends far beyond their immediate sphere.

Our approach is rooted in the understanding that healing is a holistic journey that encompasses mind, body, and soul. With compassionate guidance and personalized therapies, we create a safe and nurturing environment where you can explore your inner landscape and confront your past.

In addition to holistic trauma-informed therapy, we offer sound therapy to help open doors to hidden chambers of the mind, where profound shifts occur and nervous system regulation becomes possible.

Our discovery call is the crucial first step in guiding you towards the support and resources you need.  We'll listen attentively to your story, providing a safe space for you to share openly and honestly. By taking this crucial first step, you're investing in your well-being and the well-being of your family.

Education

At the start of our sessions, we equip you with the vital coping skills necessary to navigate life's inevitable challenges. Here's why this step is crucial: coping skills are like tools in your toolbox for resilience. Toddler melting down at the store? In-laws commenting on how you should be raising your child? Feeling frustrated with your partner? Coping skills empower you to bounce back from setbacks, adapt to change, and maintain emotional equilibrium amidst the ups and downs.

Once the necessary foundational knowledge is set, you are ready to begin with interventions. Our interventions are grounded in evidence-based practices and backed by research. Whether you're seeking to process trauma and break the cycle with EMDR, reframe negative thought patterns with CBT, cultivate mindfulness and learn mindful movement techniques with MBSR, or nervous system regulation with sound healing, we have a range of modalities to suit your preferences and objectives.
